A review about super cool products is a great story but even better is to be able to elaborate on how great the service is. One of the most responsive companies, they made every possible effort to meet my expectations. This meant even shipping a second product due to a minor defect on a mug intended to be a gift. They promptly reviewed and offered a second mug which shipped no more than two days later. GREAT service all around!
