I oredered 5 of these mugs as christmas presents for my friends, they arrived in a timely manner, even though I should have ordered them sooner. 1 of the mugs arrived with a broken handle and another mug was not the correct one, I contacted support and they got back to me, reprinted, and shipped the fixed mugs to me, all within about 2 weeks. It was amazing customer service on top of the great mugs they offer. I would reccomend them for any custom mugs, and I probably will use them in the future.
